SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
All products sold on europetrip.us are digital downloads. We do not ship physical items.
There are no boxes, no tracking numbers, no delivery windows. Every guide, GPS file, and bundle is delivered electronically — instantly after purchase.
HOW DELIVERY WORKS
When your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from Shopify containing your download link. This typically arrives within 60 minutes of purchase.
Click the link, save the file to your device, and you're ready to go. No account required. No app to install.
If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The sender will appear as europetrip.us via Shopify.
FILE FORMATS
All products are delivered as PDF files. PDFs open on any smartphone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader — no special software required. GPS coordinates and map links are embedded directly in the document and work with Google Maps, Apple Maps, and most offline navigation apps.
OFFLINE ACCESS
Once downloaded, your guide works without an internet connection. This is intentional. Whether you're driving through a remote stretch of the Mojave, crossing into a rural area of Oklahoma, or navigating without a data plan abroad — the file is on your device and ready.
LIFETIME ACCESS & UPDATES
Purchasing a guide gives you permanent access to that product. If we release an updated version — corrected coordinates, new stops, revised pricing tiers — you are entitled to the update at no additional cost. Updates are sent to the original purchase email.
